INFORMATION CLAUSE 

1. Required data 

Our Personal Data Protection Policy outlines the use and storage of your data. The Personal Data Protection Policy is available at the offices of El Padre Sp. z o.o.  

The administrator of your personal data is El Padre Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Mesyńska 6, 02-791 Warsaw. We collect the following personal data: 

  • first name, 
  • surname, 
  • address of residence,  
  • telephone no, 
  • e-mail address, 
  • tax ID number, 
  • bank account number, 
  • company name (in the case of sole proprietors). 

2. Purpose of data collection and legal basis for processing  

We collect your personal data: 

  • based on your consent for the purpose and scope arising from the consent where it has been expressly given to us (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO), 
  • for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contract between you and the Administrator (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),  
  • for the purpose of carrying out the services offered by the Administrator during its business, (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), 
  • for marketing purposes or for the purpose of sending commercial information, based on the consent granted (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) RODO). 

3. How the data will be used 

Your personal data is processed and stored at the company’s headquarters at Mesyńska 6 Street, 02-791 Warsaw. Hosting and e-mail data are stored on Microsoft and Google servers. 

Your personal data may be transferred to entities contracting the provision of certain services to you, employees and associates of the Administrator who need to have access to them due to the implementation of the purposes specified in this clause, or to third parties with whom the Administrator has entered into an agreement for the entrustment of personal data processing to the extent necessary and necessary for the proper implementation of the aforementioned purposes. In addition, data shall not be shared with third parties unless expressly required by law. 

 
4. Period of data storage 

Personal data will be stored until the purpose for which they were collected is realized, i.e. completion of the Administrator’s services, at the latest until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims or the expiration of the obligation to store data resulting from the provisions of law, among others, tax law.  

If the legal basis for processing is the consent granted, personal data will be processed for the validity period of the consent granted or until it is revoked.  

5. Rights of the data subject 

A person whose personal data is processed has the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or the right to object to processing, and data portability. 

If personal data are processed based on consent granted, the data subject may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. 

Provision of personal data is voluntary where the legal basis for processing is the consent given. Where the Administrator provides services to the data subject, the provision of personal data is a contractual requirement 

and a condition for entering into a contract and providing services. Refusal to provide personal data where necessary may prevent or significantly impede the Administrator from providing services to the data subject.  

Decisions regarding the processing of personal data are not made by automated means, including profiling.

The Administrator will consider the complaint and take measures to resolve the issue together with the person who filed the complaint. 

If the data subject nevertheless believes that his or her personal data is still not being processed in accordance with the law, he or she may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
