WOJCIECH CŁAPIŃSKI
Vice-President of the Management BoardA madman in retirement because, he claims, he has already gone wild. "Write that I like sitting on the allotment and mowing the grass or chopping wood," he says. Of course, this modest description does not exhaust Wojtek's wide-ranging interests, so it is worth mentioning that in addition to the family values to which he adheres, he is consumed by Legia Warsaw, and everything connected with it.

PIOTR KARASIŃSKI
Vice-President of the Management Board / Realization DirectorTo his friends "Karaś". He likes water, especially when he can sail or motorboat on it. If he could, he would ride a motorbike on it, but he can't, so he rides it on a paved surface. When he doesn't have petrol, he takes to reading books, preferably ones that will reveal to him the mysteries of the Second World War. Besides, he can be assertive, which is good news for the clients to whom Karas organizes events.

JAKUB ĆWIKLIŃSKI
Vice-President of the Management Board / Event DirectorA great lover of sailing in the Mazury region. This is the only place where Jakub really relaxes. When he does something, he does it 100% - which is why he has joined the ranks of El Padre, where he can give his all on the battlefield, even with a sprained ankle.

KAROLINA MIKOŁAJCZYK
Office ManagerThis is the first person you will meet when visiting El Padre, as Karolina holds the important role of Office Manager with us. An economist by education, an accountant by profession, she enjoys working "in paperwork" but prefers contact with people even more. Punctual, reliable, helpful, in a word - a Ninja for impossible tasks. Karolina is a true dance enthusiast, as well as a sociable and empathetic soul with a great sense of humour. It is impossible not to like her!

PIOTR DYBOWSKI
Senior Event ManagerPiotr fights like a lion for each of his projects. An extrovert who loves contact with people the most in this job. Clients appreciate him for his wealth of knowledge and experience, and office colleagues for his warm smile and eternal optimism. He recharges his batteries through contact with art and sport.

PATRYCJA PUDEŁKO
Senior Event ManagerShe has spent half her professional life in the event industry organizing, among other things, numerous award galas. Now she is working on an award for herself by facing more and more interesting challenges. In her spare time, she can be found in the kitchen, on her bike, in an art gallery or possibly at the end of the world on a backpacker trip. She only sits down on the sofa for films and documentary books because she is constantly trying to understand the world. And when she's had enough of challenges, she and her partner hole up in a cabin under the woods and together they behave like "old grandparents" - listening to jazz from vinyl and watching squirrels.

ALEKSANDRA FRĄCZEK
Senior Event ManagerFor years, she has been involved in music and psychology. She swiftly produces increasingly larger and more creative events, combining experience with a passion for communication psychology. In her free time, she plans city breaks and devours crime novels.

KACPER SYMELA
Event ManagerHe gained professional experience organizing sports events. Sports are also close to his heart as a fan of Spanish soccer. Character traits useful in the work of an event manager Kacper fixes on climbing walls. Curious about the world, he watches teleseminars, cinema news and wooden sculptures, including of his own making.

PIOTR KUCZMARSKI
Event ManagerZodiac Twins. Full of energy, engaged, has a constant need to move. Eager to take on challenges. Loves to do many things at once, does not like monotony. To want is to be able - this is what guides him in life. A shark fin in the Vistula, a drone show or a neon barge? Sure! It's not that it can't be done. Peter loves cycling, hiking in the mountains and mowing the grass on the allotment.

JADWIGA BOGUTA
Event ManagerA volcano of creativity and good energy. Her most secretive dream is to create a new Olympic discipline: to combine her three favorite sports activities and rally a bicycle volleyball match at the pool. Until this idea is realized, she has promised to work with us.

HUBERT DWÓRNIK
Event ManagerHas been in the event industry for more than six years, starting as a technical worker to manager of high-budget projects. He finds himself best in stage construction, event technology and multimedia solutions. His greatest passion is... anything with an internal combustion engine.

MICHALINA KOŁACZYŃSKA
Event ManagerIf the Swiss watch were a woman, her name would be Michalina. Chemical Technology engineer (Warsaw University of Technology), student of management studies (Warsaw School of Economics). In the event industry she realizes multitasking organizing talents. Hallmark? Perky laughter and excel in a handful! After hours - piano and detective novels.

DOMINIKA PAWŁOWSKA
Event ManagerEnergetic, task-oriented and always smiling. For years she was associated with the hotel industry, but hotel spaces turned out to be far too cramped for her! At El Padre, she executes events with real flair, and her positive energy radiates to the entire team, clients, subcontractors, technical team and all the rest! Dominika loves traveling, dancing and French poetry.

MICHAŁ LISIEWICZ
Event ManagerLoves to act under stress, thanks to which he discovers hidden talents and surprises himself more than once. Always ready for new challenges and new places. A true spirit of discovery. He proves himself in the kitchen with the most exotic dishes, but it is broth and dumplings that have no secrets from him.

PATRYCJA JOZWIK
Event ManagerHer extroverted disposition and colorful personality make her attract people to her. She loves the fast pace of life and the changes that her work in events provides. She is a master of keen observation. You can find her at concerts, experimenting in the kitchen or studying for her next college session.

PAWEŁ OLEWIŃSKI
CREATIVE DIRECTORAssociated with the event industry for 10 years, initially as a producer, then as a creative. He created concepts and implemented projects for companies such as Mattel, PKN Orlen, Philip Morris, SAP, GSK, Ringier Axel Springer, E.ON and British American Tobacco. Paweł manages the work of the creative department and prepares creative concepts for the agency's clients.

ANDRZEJ WYSZOMIRSKI
Senior CreativeA graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts with multifaceted experience, from ATL and BTL projects, through realization of photo shoots, creation of film scripts and their direction, to supervision in post-production and design of industrial forms. He finds himself perfectly at home in the world of events, and although he has already realized quite a few well-known events, he still has an appetite for more.

MALWINA PAJĄK
CreativeA psychologist and journalist by education, a writer and activist by passion. For the past several years, she has been professionally involved in the media and marketing industry as a journalist and creative copywriter. The campaigns she has created have won awards such as Effie and Kreatura. Her debut novel was recognized by Magazyn Literacki Książki. In her free time, she trains, writes, visits modern art exhibitions, dances to techno, and spends time with loved ones - including the furry ones.

BARTEK OLCZYK
3D Graphic DesignerHe is interested in graphics, computer animation, and special effects. Bartek has been with El Padre almost since the beginning of the agency's existence. He can make even the neighbor's cats laugh with his jokes. His sense of humor and empathy make working in the creative team even more enjoyable. Fun fact: he once owned an Amiga.

Mateusz Rycaj
3D Graphic DesignerArchitect, graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. A native of Renaissance Zamosc, probably hence his weakness for Italy. Mateusz is engaged in the art of shaping space and has won graphic design competitions. On a daily basis, he listens to electronic music and follows the English Premier League. He is not fond of the island weather, so he gave up his dreams of playing in England and tries his hand at the Warsaw eagles.

SEBASTIAN KANSIK
3D Graphic DesignerHe is responsible for designing and visualizing stage sets, booths, event space arrangements, and outdoor events. In his free time, besides developing his skills in 3D graphics, he immerses himself in novels that blend fantasy and magical realism.

ALINA KANARCHENKO
Graphic DesignerShe started her career at El Padre as an Office Manager, today she fulfills her role as a Graphic Designer. Every day she improves her skills and learns something new. Privately, she loves long walks, including those in the mountains, apricot jam, Kiev architecture, painting with watercolors, reading books, but only those in paper and watching black and white movies.

DOMINIKA BIELECKA
Graphic DesignerDominika has been designing professionally for several years. Her passion for art stemming from her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts goes beyond the framework of classical media - she is particularly interested in Polish design. She has gained experience in preparing materials for cultural institutions, Youtubers and independent brands.

KAMIL MARKIEWICZ
Business Development DirectorSpecialist in Business to Consumer projects, including sales promotion programs (channel marketing), roadshows or trade show expositions. Privately a man of many passions, a great fan of motor sports and an amateur cyclist competing with his team in the largest European cycling races.

DOROTA ZIMKA
Chief AccountantA graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. Her entire professional life has been connected with accounting. She gained her professional experience working in advertising agencies and running her own accounting office. She enjoys working with numbers, but she also has a reservoir of creative energy, which she uses in workshops on decoupage and mixed media techniques.

WIOLETTA DEPKA
HR and Payroll ManagerShe has many years of experience in the field of HR and payroll. At El Padre, she is responsible for the comprehensive HR and payroll administration of employees, providing substantive support to the management board, implementing document workflow procedures, and collaborating with external institutions.

SŁAWEK ŚLĄZAK
Event ExecutiveHis cheerful disposition wins over everyone around him. At El Padre, he is responsible for logistics, overseeing technical and supply matters. When he's not working, Sławek heads to Masuria, where he fishes, reads, and takes walks.
