PIOTR KARASIŃSKI
Vice-President / Realisation DirectorTo his friends "Karaś". He likes water, especially when he can sail or motorboat on it. If he could, he would ride a motorbike on it, but he can't, so he rides it on a paved surface. When he doesn't have petrol, he takes to reading books, preferably ones that will reveal to him the mysteries of the Second World War. Besides, he can be assertive, which is good news for the clients to whom Karas organizes events.
JAKUB ĆWIKLIŃSKI
Vice-President / Event DirectorA great lover of sailing in the Mazury region. This is the only place where Jakub really relaxes. When he does something, he does it 100% - which is why he has joined the ranks of El Padre, where he can give his all on the battlefield, even with a sprained ankle.

Communication & New Business ManagerCreative, full of energy, constantly looking for new challenges. At El Padre, she tells stories and builds relationships with clients, taking care of the company's image. After work? She completely immerses herself in cooking - it's her way of self-expression and creative experimentation. Because nothing brings people together better than having dinner together.

Clients appreciate him for his wealth of knowledge and experience, and office colleagues for his warm smile and eternal optimism. He recharges his batteries through contact with art and sport.

Senior Event ManagerFor years, she has been involved in music and psychology. She swiftly produces increasingly larger and more creative events, combining experience with a passion for communication psychology. In her free time, she plans city breaks and devours crime novels.

Event ManagerHe gained professional experience organizing sports events. Sports are also close to his heart as a fan of Spanish soccer. Character traits useful in the work of an event manager Kacper fixes on climbing walls. Curious about the world, he watches teleseminars, cinema news and wooden sculptures, including of his own making.

Event ManagerWith over eight years of experience in the event industry, he has progressed from a technical crew member to managing high-budget projects. He thrives in scenic production, event technology, and multimedia solutions, bringing both expertise and a hands-on approach to every project. His greatest passion? Anything powered by an internal combustion engine.

Event ManagerZodiac Twins. Full of energy, engaged, has a constant need to move. Eager to take on challenges. Loves to do many things at once, does not like monotony. To want is to be able - this is what guides him in life. A shark fin in the Vistula, a drone show or a neon barge? Sure! It's not that it can't be done. Piotr loves cycling, hiking in the mountains and mowing the grass on the allotment.

He has delivered hundreds of projects of every scale, from executive meetings and conferences to large public events. His greatest passion is sports events, especially football and motorsport. What he loves most about the industry is that no two projects are ever the same. Every new event is a chance to learn, grow, and create something memorable.

With nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, events are her natural habitat. On a personal note, she’s a walking stream of words and an optimist with a radar for solutions - because every road leads somewhere; you just need to find the right sign. And the best place to look for it is in nature, while travelling, listening to the sound of the sea, and with her sweetest dog, Miecio, by her side.

3D Graphic DesignerHe is interested in graphics, computer animation, and special effects. Bartek has been with El Padre almost since the beginning of the agency's existence. He can make even the neighbor's cats laugh with his jokes. His sense of humor and empathy make working in the creative team even more enjoyable. Fun fact: he once owned an Amiga.
MATEUSZ RYCAJ
3D Graphic DesignerAn architect and graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Mateusz hails from the Renaissance city of Zamość - perhaps the reason behind his fondness for Italy. He specializes in shaping spaces and has several graphic design competition wins to his name. In his everyday life, he enjoys listening to electronic music and following the English Premier League. Not being a fan of the British weather, he gave up on his dreams of playing football in England and now puts his skills to the test on Warsaw’s local pitches.
ALINA KANARCHENKO
Senior Graphic DesignerShe started her career at El Padre as an Office Manager, today she fulfills her role as a Graphic Designer. Every day she improves her skills and learns something new. Privately, she loves long walks, including those in the mountains, apricot jam, Kiev architecture, painting with watercolors, reading books, but only those in paper and watching black and white movies.

3D Graphic DesignerHe is responsible for the design and visualization of stage sets, exhibition stands, event spaces, and outdoor events. In his free time, besides developing his expertise in 3D graphics, he immerses himself in novels that blend fantasy and magical realism.

Graphic DesignerZlata is a graphic designer and illustrator who creates visually engaging and coherent designs. Her expertise includes digital illustration, graphic design and materials that balance visual appeal with practical functionality. She pays close attention to detail and believes small creative decisions make projects distinctive.
DOROTA ZIMKA
Chief AccountantDorota graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw and has devoted her professional career to accounting. Her background includes working with advertising agencies and managing her own accounting practice. Alongside her analytical abilities, she enjoys creative workshops involving decoupage and mixed-media art.
